The challenge
International SOS advises organisations on medical and security risk. It engaged Black Dot in 2023 to raise its profile on business resilience and Duty of Care.
What we did
We drew on the organisation’s subject-matter experts to pitch interviews, commentaries and timely insights tied to current affairs and business risk. In the second half of 2024 and the first half of 2026, we also delivered media training for 10 middle managers across its health, security and risk practices, with mock interviews built around each participant’s specialism.
The outcome
Between September 2024 and June 2025, Black Dot secured 38 media reports in outlets including BBC, CNA, The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao and Berita Harian, with a PR value of more than $800,000. Within six months of the training, four participants had become regular spokespeople for the organisation.
