FAQ
Common questions
What is strategic communications?
It is communication planned around a set of corporate objectives. Rather than producing output for the sake of coverage, every message, channel and spokesperson is chosen for what it needs to achieve with a specific audience.
How is it different from PR?
Public relations is a part of it. Strategic communications also covers positioning, stakeholder engagement and internal alignment, and decides where and how media relations fits in the wider plan.
